Wash your hands before removing the dressing. Clean the wound with normal saline. Use an antiseptic like povidone-iodine solution only if needed. Apply ointment and cover with a sterile dressing.
換藥前先洗手並取下敷料，再以生理食鹽水清潔傷口。如有需要，可使用消毒劑消毒傷口，例如優碘。接著塗上藥膏並覆蓋無菌敷料。
