Honeysuckle flower buds may support immunity through their antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties and help relieve flu symptoms, such as sore throat. However, due to their cooling nature, they may not be suitable for pregnant or menstruating women.
金銀花具有抗病毒與抗發炎特性，能增強免疫力並緩解喉嚨痛等流感症狀。然而，其性寒涼，不適合孕婦或經期女性飲用。
