When using your metered-dose inhaler, exhale fully first. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your lips tightly around it. As you press down on the inhaler, begin to inhale slowly and deeply through your mouth, not your nose.
使用定量噴霧吸入器時，請先充分呼氣。將吸嘴放入口中，並以雙唇緊密含住吸嘴。按下吸入器的同時，開始用嘴巴緩慢而深長地吸氣，不要用鼻子吸氣。
